How do I contact the artist?

What is your return policy?

I fully guarantee that you will love your Jennifer Prevost original painting. If for any reason your new painting does not meet your expectations, there is a 30-day exchange policy. You can also exchange your painting for another piece by Jennifer Prevost. There are no refunds on original artwork.

Can I commission an oil painting?

Please contact info@jenniferprevost.ca to inquire about commissions. I often accept commissions on projects of interest. I can’t wait to learn more about your idea!

What do the frames look like on paintings that are framed?

Some paintings have been framed from previous exhibitions and are considered a bonus provided complimentary with purchase. If you’d like to see a frame on a specific painting prior to purchase, please contact info@jenniferprevost.ca. You will not be able to select a frame of your choice at this time, the paintings come AS IS.

Can you frame a painting the way it is presented within the pictures?

The mock-ups of paintings placed in homes are meant to inspire potential framing options and give the viewer an idea of how the painting could look in their own home. I do not currently offer framing services.
